Cancel your €3/month subscription

Your FrostClient Lite subscription is billed and managed by Whop, not by us — cancel it directly on whop.com using the steps below.

How to cancel
On the web

  1. Log in at whop.com with the account you subscribed with.

  2. Go to your Profile → Orders.

  3. Click the FrostClient Lite subscription.

  4. Select Cancel membership.

On mobile (Whop app)

  1. Tap your profile picture.

  2. Choose Manage Orders.

  3. Tap the FrostClient Lite subscription.

  4. Tap Cancel membership.

Cancelling stops it from renewing — you'll keep your FrostClient Lite Discord role and access until the end of your current billing period, then it's removed automatically. You'll get a confirmation email from Whop. Want a refund for the current period instead? That's a separate request through Whop and is subject to our refund policy.
